APPLICATIONS

Bottom loading elevator furnace is primarily used for demanding annealing processes involving coiled wires, sheets, small forgings, and pressings made of steel and nonferrous metals. Compared to other types, bottom loading elevator furnaces are more cost-effective and efficient, with less heat loss. Their bottom floor can be loaded from all sides and smoothly moved to the correct position using either a manual or automatic crane. The bottom floor rises into the furnace chamber, lifting the load into the heated zone. The crane is sturdy enough to support the weight of the loaded bottom floor, enhancing operator efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety.

  • The stove’s outer casing is made of Q235 low carbon steel, featuring electrostatic and corrosion resistance on the surface. It has a sturdy metal frame shell structure, with a low furnace surface temperature.
  • The chamber is insulated with lightweight alumina ceramic fiber for maximum temperature stability and uniformity, as well as low energy consumption.
  • The precision screw at the bottom of the furnace cooperates smoothly with the linear slider to facilitate lifting and lowering.
  • Bottom floor available for all sides loading; manual elevator or electric lift bell type.
  • High-quality heating elements provide excellent temperature uniformity, offer fast heat-up and cool-down rates, and ensure unsurpassed temperature uniformity along the entire heated length.
  • Programmable digital PID temperature controller, with SCR/SSR control, can set the heating curve and program 30 segments;automatic heating, automatic insulation, automatic stop, can meet the requirements of continuous constant temperature and temperature control.
  • The temperature control is precise, with minimal temperature fluctuations. It includes temperature compensation and calibration functions, with an accuracy of ±1℃.
  • Heating rate is 1-25℃/min, a suggested 15℃/min heating rate for a long service life.
  • An international standard thermocouple with long service life.
  • The elevator furnace features a circuit breaker that trips automatically during a leakage or short circuit, safeguarding both equipment and operators.
  • The furnace emits an alarm signal and automatically protects when overheated or when the thermocouple breaks during the working process.
