  • The stove’s outer casing is made of Q235 low carbon steel, featuring electrostatic and corrosion resistance on the surface. It has a sturdy metal frame shell structure, with a low furnace surface temperature.
  • The design incorporates multi-layer thermal insulation. It includes a double-layer light refractory brick lining, ensuring a robust structure. The high-strength stacking and splicing, along with the absence of asbestos, result in low heat loss and reduced energy consumption.
  • The industrial car bottom furnace contains a high-quality heating element, securely installed on three sides, ensuring it is energy-efficient and durable.
  • The furnace is heated from three sides (left, right and bottom) to maintain good temperature uniformity inside. Additionally, a silicon carbide bottom plate protects the bottom heating element, providing high mechanical strength, excellent thermal conductivity, and horizontal load-bearing capacity.
  • The trolley at the bottom moves smoothly and without impact. It allows for material to be loaded from the bottom, and the workbench can be moved.
  • Heating rate of the car bottom furnace is 1-25℃/per minute, suggest 15℃/min for a long service life.
  • The device features a circuit breaker that trips automatically during a leakage or short circuit, safeguarding both equipment and operators.
  • The furnace emits an alarm signal and automatically protects when overheated or when the thermocouple breaks during the working process.
  • Programmable digital PID temperature controller, can set the heating curve and program 30 segments;automatic heating, automatic insulation, automatic stop, can meet the requirements of continuous constant temperature and temperature control.
  • The temperature control is precise, with minimal temperature fluctuations. It includes temperature compensation and calibration functions, with an accuracy of ±1℃.
  • There is an automatic flip-type exhaust port on the top of the furnace to realize the debinding of materials.
