Hot Air Circulation Furnace

Industrial Air Circulation Furnace

Max temp: 850°C

Continuous temp: 800°C

Volumes: 96, 288, 640, 1200, 2160 litres

APPLICATIONS

The hot air circulation furnace is equipped with a thermal circulation fan and a stainless steel deflector in the working chamber. This design ensures perfect temperature uniformity for the heated product, making it an ideal choice for heat treatments such as hardening, tempering, and annealing. It is particularly popular for treating metal models and other metal materials.

standard features

  • Its structure can be customized to include a manual axially door, auto lifting door, car bottom loading, or double door design based on the user’s technical process.
  • The chamber material can be either ceramic fiber modules or light mullite brick.
  • A hot circulation fan is installed at the top of the furnace to facilitate forced circulation. Stainless steel deflectors are installed on both the left and right sides of the chamber to strengthen convection and insulation.
  • The size of the working chamber can be adjusted and customized based on actual needs.
  • The air circulation furnace’s shell is crafted from Q235 low-carbon steel, which provides electrostatic resistance and anti-corrosion properties. It also has a sturdy metal frame structure, which ensures a low surface temperature.
  • The design incorporates multi-layer thermal insulation. It includes a double-layer light refractory brick lining, ensuring a robust structure. The high-strength stacking and splicing, along with the absence of asbestos, result in low heat loss and reduced energy consumption.
  • The high-quality HRE spiral resistance wire heating element are capable of bearing a large load and offer a stable and lengthy service life.
  • Heating rate of air circulation furnace is 1-25℃/per minute, suggest 15℃/min for a long service life.
  • An international standard N-type nickel-chromium-silicon thermocouple has a temperature range of 0-1300 ℃, and a long service life.
  • Programmable digital PID temperature controller, can set the heating curve and program 30 segments;automatic heating, automatic insulation, automatic stop, can meet the requirements of continuous constant temperature and temperature control.
  • The temperature control is highly accurate, with minimal temperature compensation and an accuracy of ±1 °C.
  • The device features a circuit breaker that trips automatically during a leakage or short circuit, safeguarding both equipment and operators.
  • The furnace emits an alarm signal and automatically protects when overheated or when the thermocouple breaks during the working process. The door is equipped with a door-opening power-off safety protection switch.
  • The door is equipped with a door-opening power-off safety protection switch.
  • Standard configurations: 1. Furnace body -1 set 2. Temperature controller -1 set 3. Power cord -3 meters 4. Thermocouple -1 set 5. Manual -1 copy 6. Crucible pliers -1 set 7. High temperature gloves -1 pair
  • Optional accessories:
    • Install an exhaust chimney, which is useful for material decarbonization, dewaxing, and degumming.
    • An optional rapid cooling system can facilitate quick material cooling when the furnace temperature is within 400°C.
    • An optional large-screen paperless recorder or RS232 communication interface is available for real-time recording of temperature rise curves. It includes a memory card for analyzing and printing experimental data.
  • Quality Certificates: CE, SGS, ISO9001, TUV
  • Warranty: one year, life long technical support

Maintenance of air circulation furnace

  • Operators should understand the basic structure and working characteristics of air circulation furnaces.
  • For safety, the heating power of the air circulation furnace must be cut off when loading and unloading workpieces.
  • Oxides and other residues in the furnace should be frequently removed, and maintenance should be performed at least once every two weeks.
  • It is strictly forbidden to heat workpieces with corrosive, volatile or explosive atmospheres in the furnace to prevent accidents.
  • Transmission parts should be regularly checked and lubricated.
  • Regularly record the condition of parts such as thermocouples, heating elements, chamber linings and motor fans. Contact the manufacturer for professional advice when necessary.
