• The heat treat furnace’s shell is crafted from Q235 low-carbon steel, which provides electrostatic resistance and anti-corrosion properties. It also has a sturdy metal frame structure, which ensures a low surface temperature.
• The furnace door includes an electro-hydraulic lifting system with a limit switch. Its automatic opening mechanism can be operated either by a button or foot switch.
• The design incorporates multi-layer thermal insulation. It includes a double-layer light refractory brick lining, ensuring a robust structure. The high-strength stacking and splicing, along with the absence of asbestos, result in low heat loss and reduced energy consumption.
• The high-quality MoSi2 heating element are capable of bearing a large load and offer a stable and lengthy service life.
• The heating rate is 1-15℃/per minute, suggest 10℃/min for a long service life, typically taking 15-30 minutes to increase from room temperature to 1000 degrees.
• A silicon carbide base plate covers and protects the bottom heating element. This plate offers high mechanical strength and good thermal conductivity while also providing horizontal load-bearing capacity.
• An international standard B-type platinum-rhodium thermocouple has a temperature range of 50-1800 ℃, and a long service life.
• Programmable digital PID temperature controller, can set the heating curve and program 30 segments；automatic heating, automatic insulation, automatic stop, can meet the requirements of continuous constant temperature and temperature control.
• The temperature control is highly accurate, with minimal temperature compensation and an accuracy of ±1 °C.
• The device features a circuit breaker that trips automatically during a leakage or short circuit, safeguarding both equipment and operators.
• The furnace emits an alarm signal and automatically protects when overheated or when the thermocouple breaks during the working process. The door is equipped with a door-opening power-off safety protection switch.

• Install an exhaust chimney, which is useful for material decarbonization, dewaxing, and degumming.
• Install a hot air circulation system in the furnace to achieve a more uniform temperature field.

• An optional rapid cooling system can facilitate quick material cooling when the furnace temperature is within 400°C.
• An optional large-screen paperless recorder or RS232 communication interface is available for real-time recording of temperature rise curves. It includes a memory card for analyzing and printing experimental data.
