This large-volume box furnace, can also be called a small industrial chamber furnace, known for its rapid heating, excellent uniformity and high-quality design, offers a greater furnace volume than typical experimental furnaces. • The stove’s outer casing is made of Q235 low carbon steel, featuring electrostatic and corrosion resistance on the surface. It has a sturdy metal frame shell structure, with a low furnace surface temperature. The side-opening furnace door structure is left hinge-fixed, making it easy to operate.
• The design incorporates multi-layer thermal insulation. It includes a double-layer light refractory brick lining, ensuring a robust structure. The high-strength stacking and splicing, along with the absence of asbestos, result in low heat loss and reduced energy consumption.
• The high-quality HRE alloy resistance wire heating element, wound on a ceramic support tube, allows for free heat radiation in the furnace cavity. This leads to energy savings and high efficiency.
• Heat is provided on three sides (left, right, and bottom), ensuring good homogeneity within the furnace. A silicon carbide base plate covers and protects the bottom heating element. This plate offers high mechanical strength and good thermal conductivity while also providing horizontal load-bearing capacity.
• Heating rate of industrial box furnace is 1-25℃/per minute, suggest 15℃/min for a long service life.
• The device features a circuit breaker that trips automatically during a leakage or short circuit, safeguarding both equipment and operators.
• The furnace emits an alarm signal and automatically protects when overheated or when the thermocouple breaks during the working process.
• The door is equipped with a door-opening power-off safety protection switch.
• Programmable digital PID temperature controller, can set the heating curve and program 30 segments；automatic heating, automatic insulation, automatic stop, can meet the requirements of continuous constant temperature and temperature control.
• The temperature control of the industrial box furnace is precise, with minimal temperature fluctuations. It includes temperature compensation and calibration functions, with an accuracy of ±1℃.
•  Internationally standardized N-type thermocouple with a temperature measurement range of 0-1300℃ and a long service life.
• The furnace can be equipped with an inert gas device that includes a flowmeter.

• Optional accessories:
  • Install an exhaust chimney, which is useful for material decarbonization, dewaxing, and degumming.
  • Install a hot air circulation system in the furnace to achieve a more uniform temperature field.
  • The built-in RS485 digital communication port and USB adapter in the temperature controller are optional configurations. They can be connected to the PC for remote control and monitoring of the furnace, and can also save or export test results.
  • An optional rapid cooling system can facilitate quick material cooling when the furnace temperature is within 400°C.
  • Optional kiln furniture such as a corundum crucible, furnace floor, and shed board.
