• The stove’s outer casing is made of Q235 low carbon steel, featuring electrostatic and corrosion resistance on the surface. It has a sturdy metal frame shell structure, with a low furnace surface temperature. The side-opening furnace door structure is left hinge-fixed, making it easy to operate.
• The design incorporates multi-layer thermal insulation. It includes a double-layer light refractory brick lining, ensuring a robust structure. The high-strength stacking and splicing, along with the absence of asbestos, result in low heat loss and reduced energy consumption.
• The industrial muffle furnace contains a high-quality Silicon Carbide (SIC) heating element, securely installed on both sides, ensuring it is energy-efficient and durable.
• The furnace is heated from both sides (left and right) to maintain good temperature uniformity inside. Additionally, a silicon carbide bottom plate protects the bottom heating element, providing high mechanical strength, excellent thermal conductivity, and horizontal load-bearing capacity.
• Heating rate:1-25℃/per minute, suggest 15℃/min for a long service life.
• The device features a circuit breaker that trips automatically during a leakage or short circuit, safeguarding both equipment and operators.
• The furnace emits an alarm signal and automatically protects when overheated or when the thermocouple breaks during the working process.
• The door is equipped with a door-opening power-off safety protection switch.
• Programmable digital PID temperature controller, can set the heating curve and program 30 segments；automatic heating, automatic insulation, automatic stop, can meet the requirements of continuous constant temperature and temperature control.
• The temperature control is precise, with minimal temperature fluctuations. It includes temperature compensation and calibration functions, with an accuracy of ±1℃.
• An international standard S-type platinum rhodium thermocouple has a temperature range of 0-1600 ℃, and a long service life.
• The industrial muffle furnace can be equipped with an inert gas device that includes a flowmeter.
• The structure is integrated, saving space, with a beautiful design.

• Optional accessories:
  • Install an exhaust chimney, which is useful for material decarbonization, dewaxing, and degumming.
  • Install a hot air circulation system in the furnace to achieve a more uniform temperature field.
  • The built-in RS485 digital communication port and USB adapter in the temperature controller are optional configurations. They can be connected to the PC for remote control and monitoring of the furnace, and can also save or export test results.
  • An optional rapid cooling system can facilitate quick material cooling when the furnace temperature is within 400°C.
  • Optional kiln furniture such as a corundum crucible, furnace floor, and shed board.
