  • The stove’s outer casing is made of Q235 low carbon steel, featuring electrostatic and corrosion resistance on the surface. It has a sturdy metal frame shell structure, with a low furnace surface temperature. The side-opening furnace door structure is left hinge-fixed, making it easy to operate.
  • The design incorporates multi-layer thermal insulation. It includes a double-layer light refractory brick lining, ensuring a robust structure. The high-strength stacking and splicing, along with the absence of asbestos, result in low heat loss and reduced energy consumption.
  • The high temperature furnace contains a high-quality MoSi2 heating element, securely installed on both sides, ensuring it is energy-efficient and durable.
  • Heating rate of the industrial chamber furnace is 1-15℃/per minute, suggest 10℃/min for a long service life.
  • The device features a circuit breaker that trips automatically during a leakage or short circuit, safeguarding both equipment and operators.
