APPLICATIONS
A top-loading smelting furnace consists of a shell, furnace chamber, heating element, and temperature control system. This furnace operates periodically. It has a cylindrical deep-well body structure, and the workpiece is vertically placed from the top or using a special hanging tool for heating.
The furnace can also be lined with silicon carbide, graphite, and other crucibles for melting aluminum, gold, silver, copper, and other precious metals. It is used for casting and molding precision castings under high temperature. The heating elements are distributed around the furnace, ensuring a uniform high-temperature field.
It can meet the testing and production requirements of various materials based on process necessities like mechanical stirring at the furnace top or a temperature-measuring device in the crucible. This product is primarily used in the high-temperature sintering and melting heat treatment field of metal alloys, inorganic non-metallic compound materials, and ceramic materials.
