The automatic feeding and discharging rotary tube furnace is composed of a heating system, an automatic rotary mechanism, an auto feeding and discharging kit, and a furnace body tilting mechanism. The furnace tube can rotate 360°, and the rotating speed is adjustable: the front end of the furnace tube is equipped with an automatic rotating feeding device, and the feeding device can be selected and adjusted online according to the output and feeding speed. The furnace body can tilt 15°, and the material collection device is set up at the end of the furnace tube, which can realize continuous small batch production such as product development or pilot scale. This product is mainly used in the special equipment for particle powder sintering heat treatment in the fields of inorganic non-metal compound materials, lithium battery positive and negative electrode materials, ceramic materials, new energy and new materials industry.

• The furnace tube uses an electrically driven gear structure for a full 360° rotation, with a flexible speed range of 12-20rpm. This ensures the material within the tube is heated uniformly.

• High-quality HRE spiral resistance wire heating element that is securely embedded in the furnace surface. This heating element freely radiates heat within the furnace chamber, ensuring energy-efficient operation and a long lifespan. Additionally, the resistance wire heats in a circular pattern, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity within the furnace.
• The temperature control is precise, with minimal temperature fluctuations. It includes temperature compensation and calibration functions, with an accuracy of ±1℃.
• Heating rate of automatic feeding tube furnace is 1-25℃/min, a suggested 15℃/min heating rate for a long service life.
• An intelligent microcomputer-based self-tuning PID temperature controller, with SCR/SSR control, can set the heating curve and program 4 groups of 30 segments for program heating, program heat preservation, and program cooling.
• The device features a circuit breaker that trips automatically during a leakage or short circuit, safeguarding both equipment and operators.
• The furnace emits an alarm signal and automatically protects when overheated or when the thermocouple breaks during the working process.
• A variety of tube diameters and heating lengths can be adjusted and customized to accommodate the different physical or chemical requirements of a process.
