Applications

The rotary tube furnace is composed of a heating system, an automatic rotation mechanism kit, and a furnace body. The furnace tube can rotate 360°, the speed is adjustable, and the temperature field is uniform. The furnace cover has an open structure, and the gear electric rotation structure at both ends of the furnace body is very suitable for the heat treatment of powdered materials. This product is mainly used as a special equipment for pre-sintering heat treatment in the fields of inorganic non-metallic materials, lithium battery positive and negative materials, ceramic materials, new energy and new materials industry.

  • The furnace tube uses an electrically driven gear structure for a full 360° rotation, with a flexible speed range of 12-20rpm. This ensures the material within the tube is heated uniformly.
  • It’s fitted with a 304 stainless steel sealing flange, allowing for either a vacuum or atmospheric environment within the furnace tube.
  • The high-quality quartz working tube can be replaced with metal or alumina ceramic materials, making it adaptable to various working conditions.
  • The outer casing of rotary tube furnace is made of Q235 low carbon steel, featuring electrostatic and corrosion resistance on the surface. It has a sturdy metal frame shell structure, with a low furnace surface temperature.
  • Multi-layer insulation design is crafted from lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and top-grade insulation board backing. It’s asbestos-free, guaranteeing minimal heat loss and low energy consumption.
  • The furnace boasts a top-tier heating element, expertly radiating heat within the cavity for unmatched energy efficiency and durability. What’s more, the heating elements are strategically distributed throughout the cavity, promising unparalleled uniformity.
  • The temperature control is precise, with minimal temperature fluctuations. It includes temperature compensation and calibration functions, with an accuracy of ±1℃.
  • Heating rate of rotary tube furnace is 1-25℃/min, a suggested 15℃/min heating rate for a long service life.
  • An intelligent microcomputer-based self-tuning PID temperature controller, with SCR/SSR control, can set the heating curve and program 4 groups of 30 segments for program heating, program heat preservation, and program cooling.
  • The device features a circuit breaker that trips automatically during a leakage or short circuit, safeguarding both equipment and operators.
  • The furnace emits an alarm signal and automatically protects when overheated or when the thermocouple breaks during the working process.
  • A variety of tube diameters and heating lengths can be adjusted and customized to accommodate the different physical or chemical requirements of a process.
