APPLICATIONS

The hydrogen gas furnace comprises a heating system, temperature control system, working tube, sealing kit, hydrogen flow control, hydrogen safety control module, and hydrogen automatic ignition module. It can operate under a vacuum or with hydrogen atmosphere protection to meet the needs of reductive processes. Additionally, it features PLC multi-point process control, a hydrogen leakage alarm protection function, and an automatic gas washing replacement function. This product is commonly used for pilot sintering and batch heat treatment in industries like 3D additive manufacturing, new energy, and powder new materials.

• Furnace Shell:
  • The shell is made of Q235 low-carbon steel metal, with static electricity resistant coating on the surface, resistant to corrosion;
  • A sturdy double-layer metal frame with an insulating fan structure, the surface temperature of the furnace is low;
  • Horizontal usage method, top-opening structure, easy to operate.
• Multi-layer insulation design, composed of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and high-quality insulation board backing, does not contain asbestos components, small heat loss, low energy consumption.
• High-quality HRE alloy resistance wire heating element, safely embedded on the surface of the furnace cavity, freely radiates heat in the furnace cavity, energy-saving and efficient, with a long service life; the resistance wire is heated in a circular way, thus achieving good uniformity inside the furnace.
• An intelligent microcomputer-based self-tuning PID temperature controller, with SCR/SSR control, can set the heating curve and program 4 groups of 30 segments for program heating, program heat preservation, and program cooling.
• The temperature control is precise, with minimal temperature fluctuations. It includes temperature compensation and calibration functions, with an accuracy of ±1℃.
• Heating rate of hydrogen gas furnace is 1-25℃/min, a suggested 15℃/min heating rate for a long service life.
• The furnace is equipped with a long-life type N thermocouple.
• The device features a circuit breaker that trips automatically during a leakage or short circuit, safeguarding both equipment and operators.
• The furnace emits an alarm signal and automatically protects when overheated or when the thermocouple breaks during the working process.
• Vacuum Atmosphere Functions:
  • Equipped with a 304 stainless steel sealing flange, achieving a vacuum or atmospheric environment in the furnace tube;
  • High-quality quartz working tube, a metal working tube can also be selected to adapt to different working conditions;
  • Different vacuum obtaining equipment can be selected to achieve different degrees of vacuum in the tube;
  • Optional tube rotation function to realize the reduction sintering of powder materials;
  • PLC multi-point process control, independent hydrogen leak alarm and pressure monitoring device;
  • Intelligent human-machine interaction interface, automatic ignition and automatic gas washing function.
• The integrated design of the hydrogen gas furnace cover enables easy sample placement and quick cooling.
