Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace

Max temp: 1700°C

Continuous temp: 1600°C

Capacity: 10, 50, 100, 500 kg

Applications

The vacuum induction melting furnace is primarily used for melting and casting ingots of special steel like stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, copper, alloy steel, nickel-cobalt alloy, and rare earth neodymium iron crucible. This is done under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions in colleges, universities, and scientific research.

structure

The vacuum induction melting furnace primarily comprises the furnace body, bracket, sensor, furnace tilting mechanism, vacuum system, and intermediate frequency electrical control system. Both the body and the cover of the furnace are equipped with water-cooled jackets. The furnace is also fitted with an alloy feeder, an observation window, a thermocouple temperature measurement device, a sampling device, and a rammer.

The furnace sensor is constructed from special-shaped copper tubes, wound into spiral coils. During casting, the crucible is rotated using an external electric drive.

The vacuum system includes an oil diffusion pump, mechanical pump, Roots pump, filter network, and a variety of control valves.
